July 21: Anahata – Heart Chakra Opening

Anahata, the heart chakra, is the center of love, compassion, and self-acceptance. This session will focus on fostering self-love, kindness, and empathy. September 22: Muladhara – Earth Chakra

October 13: Manipura – Fire Chakra

November 24: Anahata – Heart Chakra Opening

Anahata, the heart chakra, once again invites you to open your heart to love and compassion. Arrival Time: 9:45 am session runs 10am -12:00 PM
